  • Do you support students with learning differences and students seeking more support who may not have a diagnosed learning disability?
Yes! At roots, we offer support for all learners. We strive to support any student seeking further instruction in their academic skills. Students struggling in the academic areas of reading, writing, or math, can receive the support they need within our differentiated small group sessions, or 1:1 individualized sessions. Each student receiving our services is met with experienced instruction that honors the student's strengths and supports the student's developing skills to help reach their academic potential and gain self-confidence. With a NYS Professional License in both Childhood Education and Special Education, and years of lead teaching experience in various educational settings, including special education, we are qualified and honored to support students with learning differences. To receive our services, students are NOT required to have a 504 Plan, an Individualized Education Program (IEP), a diagnosis, or a neuropsychological evaluation. Check out our "Services" page for more information!

  • How do I sign up for a small group?
We are excited you are interested in signing up your child for a small group class! Please refer to the instructions on our "Book Here" page for the steps to sign up. *The reason clients are asked to schedule an inquiry phone call with our team before booking a group through our site is because our team decides the appropriate fit group for students. It is important your child is receiving the support they need with the just right small group at Roots.
